Spent Christmas at a rustic hotel with stunning gardens and a walkway to explore. The staff was accommodating and changed the room to our satisfaction. The good location provided easy access to nearby Thai restaurants and stores, while still being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were strong musty smells in some rooms, which detracted from the overall experience. the price was above average compared to other hotels in the area.

We loved the hotel's location, perfectly situated halfway between the bustling Bukit Bintang and vibrant Petaling Street. It made exploring this city's vibrant street food and vibrant night markets a breeze. The nearby Pudu Sentral provided convenient transportation options for us to venture further. Plus, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a delicious spread of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
